1. Overview
Auto Bridge Transport LLC may collect a deposit, broker fee, or service fee for brokerage, dispatch, carrier coordination, and vehicle transportation arrangement services.
Auto Bridge Transport acts as a transportation broker. We arrange vehicle transport with third-party motor carriers but do not physically transport vehicles ourselves.
2. Refund Eligibility
A customer may qualify for a full refund of any deposit paid to Auto Bridge Transport if the customer submits a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date and before a carrier has been assigned or dispatch services have been substantially performed.
3. Non-Refundable or Partially Refundable Situations
Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date, after a carrier has been assigned, after dispatch work has begun, or after services have been substantially performed may be subject to a partial refund or no refund.
Refund eligibility may depend on dispatch status, carrier assignment, work already performed, route availability, customer cancellation timing, and any costs already incurred.
4. If We Cannot Assign a Carrier
If Auto Bridge Transport is unable to assign a qualified carrier within the agreed timeframe, the customer may request a refund or choose to continue waiting for carrier availability.
5. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund timing may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, vehicle, contact, and scheduling information. Refund requests may be denied or reduced if inaccurate or incomplete customer information causes dispatch issues, carrier cancellation, failed pickup, or service delays.
